Hobbystation Hideout

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using Hobbystation Hideout (the "Service"), you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our Service. We reserve the right to update these terms at any time, and continued use of the Service constitutes acceptance of any changes.

2. Use of the Service

You must be at least 13 years of age to use this Service. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree not to use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in any way that could damage, disable, or impair the Service.

3. Products and Purchases

All prices are listed in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR). We reserve the right to modify prices at any time without prior notice. Orders are subject to availability. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason, including but not limited to product availability, errors in product or pricing information, or suspected fraudulent activity. Payment must be completed before orders are processed and shipped.

4. Pre-Orders

Pre-orders require a minimum down payment of 50% of the total purchase price. Pre-order items are subject to availability from suppliers. While we make every effort to fulfill pre-orders, we cannot guarantee delivery dates as they depend on third-party suppliers. In the event a pre-order cannot be fulfilled, you will be entitled to a full refund of any payments made.

5. Hideout Points

Hideout Points are a reward currency issued by Hobbystation Hideout. Points have no cash value and cannot be transferred, sold, or exchanged for cash. Points may be used toward qualifying purchases at a rate of 1 point = Rp 1. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the Hideout Points program at any time. Points will expire 12 months from the date of issuance if not used.

6. Tournaments

Participation in tournaments is subject to entry fees and rules specified for each event. Entry fees are non-refundable unless a tournament is cancelled by Hobbystation Hideout. Tournament prizes, including Hideout Points, will be awarded at our discretion. We reserve the right to disqualify any participant for unsportsmanlike conduct or violation of tournament rules.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on this Service, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, and images, is the property of Hobbystation Hideout or its content suppliers. Card images and related intellectual property belong to their respective owners (Bushiroad, Bandai, etc.). You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without express written permission.

8. Limitation of Liability

Hobbystation Hideout shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service or inability to access the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific purchase giving rise to the claim.

9. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Indonesia. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Indonesia.
